Breaking News! Norse Atlantic 'economy light' fares now include a complimentary carry-on bag of up to 10kg/22lbs.
As a budget airline, Norse Atlantic Airways check in staff enforce strict luggage compliance. During my previous flight with them, even my small Cabin Max backpack was weighed and placed in Norses sizer (a sizer is one of those airline check in things you have to shove your bag in to check it fits!)
Norse Atlantic manually inspects everyone's bags during check-in, so it is important to review their most recent luggage guidelines.
Previously with economy light fares you would only get a personal bag item that fits under the seat infront of you. So to add bags would range from
Light checked (15kg / 33lbs) $60
Standard checked (23kg / 50lbs) $75
Heavy checked (32kg / 70lbs) $170
*This is based on London to New York flights one way!
So the fact their 'economy light' now includes bags up to 10kg is a game changer!!

Economy cabin
Small personal item, 40 x 30 x 15 cm / 15.5 x 11.5 x 5.5 in (no weight restriction, must fit under the seat)
Carry-on / cabin bag, 56 x 45 x 25 cm / 22 x 18 x 10 in (max 10kg / 22lbs)
Premium cabin
Larger personal item, 45 x 36 x 22 cm / 17 x 14 x 8 in (no weight restriction, must fit under the seat)
