Looking for a place to kick back before your flight from London Gatwick? Let me introduce you to one of my favourite Gatwick Airport lounges – My Lounge at the North Terminal.
Formerly known as The Gateway, this cool little hangout has had a glow-up and returned to its original roots as My Lounge, part of the No1 Lounges family. It’s still got all the laid-back vibes, now with a refreshed, more chilled-out identity.

How about getting into Gatwick Airport Lounges at a reduced rate?
Exclusive Offer: I was kindly given a 30% off LINK for a Priority Pass, to share with you.
Priority Pass is the world's largest independent airport VIP lounge access program, with over 1,400+ lounges in over 600 cities across 148 countries! From just £69 for an annual pass.
The lovely people from priority Pass have offered me a 30% discount code making it just £48! Be quick this won't last long!! Use my link below.

Where is My Lounge Located?
My Lounge is in the North Terminal of Gatwick Airport – so if you're flying from the North, you're in luck! Once you're through security, head to the lounge area and you'll find it before you reach the bigger lounges like No1 Lounge next door. It's also the first lounge you'll come across in the terminal.
Opening Times
You can access My Lounge from 4:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily – perfect whether you're an early riser or catching an afternoon flight.
How to Book
You can book access to My Lounge via Holiday Extras – they offer both 2-hour and 3-hour packages, depending on how long you plan to lounge around. Prices vary but typically start around £40 per person (at time of writing), which honestly, is what you'd pay for a couple of airport drinks and a snack. So why not swap the bustle for a bit of airport zen?
Or just use your Priority Pass for discounted entry using my offer, if you go with someone else, only one of you needs a pass!

What’s Inside My Lounge?
This isn’t your average posh, silent, business-class type of lounge – My Lounge is more your stylish, comfy living room with a bit of personality. Think “industrial shabby chic” meets your mate’s cool city flat.
You’ll find:
Complimentary buffet with hot and cold food
Free drinks including soft drinks, teas, coffee, and alcoholic options (yes, wine and spirits!)
Plenty of seating zones: workstations, TV dens, lounge chairs
Games room with retro video games and board games
Wi-Fi that actually works
Clean toilets (an underrated gem)
Veggie-friendly options – just ask the staff, they’re lovely!
Top tip: try the pancake machine at breakfast (if it’s working!) – and don’t miss the jacket potatoes and tacos later in the day. Yes, they even have a liquid cheese dispenser. Peak British airport lounge energy, and I’m here for it.
Dress Code
Keep it smart casual – so maybe leave the juicy tracksuit at home this time. You don’t need to be in a tux, just look presentable enough to blend in with other savvy travellers.
Accessibility
Everything’s on one level, so it’s wheelchair-friendly and includes disabled toilet facilities too.
The Vibe
The place had a bit of a budget airline feel to it. Far from the swanky, high-end lounges, it was more Weatherspoon's than Claridge's, but yes all good, the wifi actually worked and the toilets were clean.
Final Thoughts
My Lounge is a brilliant alternative to hanging around the terminal food court – especially if you value a bit of peace, snacks, and plug sockets (though warning: plug points are limited, so charge up where you can!).
Whether you're a seasoned traveller or just looking for a stress-free start to your trip, My Lounge is one of the best Gatwick lounges you can book. It’s not flashy – but it’s got everything you need to get into holiday mode, minus the chaos.
